Music genres and Magazines

According to www.billboard.com the top 3 most popular genres are: Pop, Dance and R&B/Hip-Hop. These are the three genres I want to base my magazine around, so that the magazine will be suitable for both genders, and a variation of ages e.g. 13-19.
